SyneraLift Body Contouring in Brickell — Non-Invasive RF, Vacuum and Microvibration in One Protocol

SyneraLift is a non-invasive body protocol that moves through four purpose-built handpieces in a single session: lymphatic preparation, radiofrequency delivered under vacuum, deep mechanical massage and precision work. At No Filter Medical Spa in Brickell, it is the treatment our providers reach for when the goal is firmer-feeling skin, smoother surface texture and a more defined look on the abdomen, flanks and thighs without needles or downtime. Individual results vary.

Overview

What SyneraLift is

SyneraLift is a multi-modality body platform combining radiofrequency, vacuum and microvibration across four handpieces. Unlike a single-energy device, each session is sequenced: the tissue is prepared first, then heated under vacuum where firmness is wanted, then worked mechanically where texture and circulation are the goal. Our body protocol uses three of the four modules:

  • TITAN — preparation. Vacuum, microvibration and low-level light open the session, encouraging lymphatic movement and preparing the tissue to respond.
  • SCULPT — the body. Radiofrequency delivered under vacuum so energy reaches the dermis and the fibrous layer beneath it evenly. Used on the abdomen, thighs and flanks.
  • VELO — the body in motion. Compressive microvibration with mechanical rollers: a deep, rhythmic massage designed for texture, circulation and the look of cellulite.

(The fourth module, CONTOUR, is a facial handpiece covered on our Skin Tightening page.)

The Technology

How it works

Think of the skin and the layer beneath it as a fabric held by a mesh of fibrous bands. Over time and with weight change, the fabric loosens and the mesh pulls unevenly, which reads as softness, crepiness and dimpling.

  • Vacuum lifts a fold of tissue into the handpiece so the energy is delivered into a controlled, consistent volume rather than skating across the surface.
  • Radiofrequency warms that tissue to a therapeutic temperature. Collagen fibers contract in response to heat, and over the following weeks the body's repair response is designed to lay down new collagen, which many patients feel as a firmer, tighter surface.
  • Microvibration and rollers apply compressive mechanical work that is designed to improve local circulation and lymphatic flow and to soften the fibrous pull that creates a dimpled look.
  • Low-level light in the preparation phase is a gentle, non-thermal photobiomodulation step intended to support tissue response.

Because none of the steps break the skin, the treatment relies on repetition: a series of sessions builds the collagen and circulatory response gradually.

Candidacy

Areas treated & who it's for

Areas treated

Abdomen · flanks and love handles · inner and outer thighs · back of thighs and the fold beneath the buttocks · upper arms · bra line and back · above the knees

Who it's for

  • Mild skin laxity or softness on the abdomen, thighs or arms
  • Uneven surface texture and the look of cellulite
  • Post-weight-change or postpartum skin that has lost tone but does not have significant excess
  • People who want a no-downtime series they can fit around work and travel
  • As a preparation or maintenance layer around Morpheus8 Body or Quantum RF

Not recommended during pregnancy, over active skin infection, or with certain implanted electronic devices or metal in the treatment field. Candidacy is confirmed at consultation.

Step by Step

The process

  1. Consultation and mapping — Your provider assesses laxity and texture, photographs the area and marks treatment zones.
  2. Preparation — No numbing is needed. A conductive gel or oil is applied.
  3. TITAN phase (about 10 minutes) — Vacuum and microvibration with low-level light across the area to stimulate lymphatic movement.
  4. SCULPT phase (20–30 minutes per area) — RF under vacuum is passed in overlapping strokes until the skin reaches and holds a target temperature, which your provider monitors throughout.
  5. VELO phase (10–15 minutes) — Mechanical rolling and compressive microvibration over the same zones.
  6. Finish — Gel removed, skin inspected, hydration encouraged. Total session time is typically 45–75 minutes depending on the number of areas.
  7. Series — 6–10 sessions, one to two per week, then a maintenance session every 1–3 months.

Your Visit

What to expect

Sessions feel like a warm, deep massage with a gentle pulling sensation from the vacuum. The treated area may look pink and feel warm for an hour or two. There is no numbing and nothing to recover from. Changes build with the series: many patients notice a smoother, more "lifted" feel to the surface within the first few sessions, with firmness developing over the course of the series as collagen responds. Individual results vary.

Recovery

Downtime & activity restrictions

  • No downtime; return to normal activity immediately
  • Mild pinkness or warmth for 1–2 hours; occasional light bruising from vacuum in sensitive skin

Aftercare

Aftercare

  • Drink water before and after; light movement the same day is encouraged
  • Avoid very hot baths, saunas or intense sun on the area for the rest of the day
  • Keep a stable weight and daily SPF on exposed areas to protect results

Results

Results timeline & longevity

  • Sessions 1–3: smoother surface feel, improved circulation, early firmness
  • Sessions 4–8: gradual firming and a more even, less dimpled look as collagen response accumulates
  • 4–8 weeks after the series: collagen remodeling continues; many patients see their best result here
  • Longevity: non-invasive RF results are typically maintained with periodic sessions every 1–3 months; without maintenance the effect gradually softens over several months. Weight stability matters.

Options

How it compares & what it combines with

  • Versus Morpheus8 Body: SyneraLift is non-invasive and needs a series; Morpheus8 Body reaches deeper with micro-pins, needs fewer sessions and carries a few days of downtime. For mild laxity SyneraLift alone may be enough; for moderate laxity it is often the maintenance layer around Morpheus8 Body.
  • Versus Quantum RF: Quantum RF is a single minimally invasive session for moderate laxity. SyneraLift can be used before to prepare tissue and after to maintain.
  • With Pulsar+: a frequent pairing — Pulsar+ for circumference, SyneraLift for firmness and texture, often in the same visit.
  • With Sculptra: Sculptra adds collagen from within; SyneraLift supports circulation and surface quality around it.

It shares the mechanical component, but adds radiofrequency delivered under vacuum, which is the step designed to firm the skin rather than only improve circulation.

Most patients describe it as a warm, deep massage. No numbing is used.

A series — typically 6–10, one to two per week — with maintenance afterward. Your provider sets the exact number based on your area and goals.

Many patients notice smoother texture within the first few sessions; firmness builds over the series and for several weeks afterward. Individual results vary.

It is designed to firm, smooth and refine. If circumference is your primary goal, your provider may pair it with Pulsar+.

Often yes, once you are cleared postpartum and not breastfeeding. Your provider assesses the degree of laxity and whether a deeper treatment is a better fit.

RF and mechanical treatments do not depend on pigment. Your provider reviews your skin history at consultation.

Yes. Light movement the same day is encouraged.

Typically 45–75 minutes depending on the number of areas.

It is frequently used between Morpheus8 Body sessions, alongside Pulsar+, or as maintenance after Quantum RF.
