Pink B-12 Booster in Miami: Hydration, Tone and Brightening for the Labia
Hydrate, firm and brighten — four gentle sessions for the most delicate skin you have.
The Pink B-12 Booster is a non-surgical injectable treatment that combines hyaluronic acid (HA) with vitamin B12, brightening actives, peptides and antioxidants, placed in a series of micro-injections across the labia majora. It is designed to hydrate and rejuvenate the outer lips, improve skin tone, elasticity and color, and restore the light volume lost with aging, weight loss or hormonal changes. Treatment is performed by a licensed master injector in a private room after a consultation. Results are temporary and individual results vary.

Moments
Made for the moments that change this skin
After pregnancy & postpartum
Skin that feels drier, looser or darker after childbirth and the hormonal shifts that follow. Supports postpartum recovery of the external skin; not a treatment for pelvic-floor or medical postpartum concerns.
Perimenopause & menopause
Addresses the external skin changes that often accompany the genitourinary syndrome of menopause: dryness, thinning, loss of tone and day-to-day comfort. It treats the cosmetic skin changes, not the condition itself — for internal dryness, painful intercourse or urinary symptoms we discuss vaginal laser or a gynecology referral.
After weight loss
Outer labia that look deflated or crepey once volume is gone.
Discoloration & dark patches
Uneven tone or darkening of the external vulvar skin from friction, hormones, shaving or waxing, and time. Designed to reduce the appearance of discoloration and dark patches.
Comfort & confidence
Dryness and friction you notice every day; wanting to feel fresh, smooth and confident in your own skin.
The Formula
Seven actives. Three jobs. One delicate placement.
Formulated for superficial, intradermal micro-injections in the delicate external intimate skin — the labia majora and outer vulvar skin — never for deep injection inside the vaginal canal. Placed where it works, so the product stays put, comfort is high and downtime is nil.
Brightening
Helps even tone and reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation.
Tranexamic acid · Glutathione · Arbutin · Hypopigmenting biomimetic peptides
Tightening
Supports firmness, elasticity and a healthier, rosier tone.
Vitamin B12 · Low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid
Moisturizing
Immediate and lasting hydration from within.
Hyaluronic acid
Ingredient dossier
Low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid
The hydrator
Binds many times its weight in water, plumping and smoothing the skin and improving elasticity; supports the skin barrier and signals fibroblasts, the skin's collagen-makers — the "biorevitalization" effect behind facial skin boosters.
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin)
The restorer
A cofactor in cell renewal that supports healthy tissue turnover and microcirculation — the reason patients report a fresher, rosier look — with antioxidant activity of its own.
Tranexamic acid
The tone-evener
Calms the signals that over-stimulate pigment cells; widely used for melasma and stubborn hyperpigmentation, and helps settle redness.
Glutathione
The master antioxidant
Protects the skin from oxidative stress and shifts pigment production toward lighter melanin, brightening gradually over the series.
Arbutin
The gentle brightener
A naturally derived inhibitor of tyrosinase, the enzyme that makes melanin; a gentler alternative to hydroquinone.
Hypopigmenting biomimetic peptides
The messengers
Skin-identical peptide signals that slow melanin production and transfer while supporting repair.
Supporting peptides & antioxidants
The protectors
Soothe, protect and support collagen and elasticity between sessions.
Exact blend is confirmed at consultation. Ingredient actions are drawn from how these actives work in skin; the brightening and tone effects of intimate skin boosters are reported by clinics and manufacturers and have not been studied in controlled trials.

Overview
What the Pink B-12 Booster is
A skin booster formulated for the intimate area. Instead of a thick volumizing filler, it uses a low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid that holds water in the skin, blended with actives chosen for three jobs: brightening, tightening and moisturizing.
It is formulated for superficial, intradermal micro-injections in the delicate external intimate skin — the labia majora and outer vulvar skin — not for deep injection inside the vaginal canal.
The treatment is designed to:
- Hydrate and rejuvenate the labia majora (outer lips).
- Improve skin tone, elasticity and color.
- Restore volume lost to aging, weight loss or hormonal changes — a subtle, natural plumpness rather than the structural fullness of a filler (for that, see Liquid Labiaplasty).
Regulatory note: HA skin boosters and the actives in this blend are not FDA-approved for labial injection; this is an off-label, aesthetic use, which we explain at consultation and in your consent form. It is not a treatment for any medical condition, including vaginal atrophy or sexual dysfunction.
Candidacy
Areas treated & who it's for
Good candidates:
- Women who notice dryness, thinning, crepiness or dullness of the outer labia after childbirth, with perimenopause or menopause, after weight loss, or with age.
- Women bothered by darkening or uneven tone of the labia majora who want brightening without bleaching creams.
- Women who want a subtle refresh in hydration and tone rather than added volume (for volume, see Liquid Labiaplasty).
- Patients who have completed intimate lightening or vaginal laser and want to support surface skin quality.
- Adults in good general health with realistic expectations.
Not a fit or needs clearance first:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Active vulvar or vaginal infection, herpes outbreak, dermatitis or open skin.
- Known allergy to HA, lidocaine, or cobalamin/B12 preparations.
- Bleeding disorders or anticoagulants that cannot be paused.
- Lichen sclerosus or other vulvar skin conditions, pain, or lesions, which require gynecologic or dermatologic evaluation first.
- History of blood clots, stroke or a clotting disorder — the blend contains tranexamic acid, so your provider will review this first.
- Known sensitivity to glutathione, arbutin or tranexamic acid.
Step by Step
The process
- Private consultation — Goals, history, medications, prior intimate treatments. A brief exam confirms skin health and whether a booster (hydration/tone) or a volumizing filler is the right tool, or both in sequence.
- Preparation — Pause blood thinners, aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for 48 hours with your prescriber's approval; avoid alcohol for 24 hours; arrive clean, without lotions or powders.
- Numbing — Topical anesthetic is applied to the labia and left for 20–30 minutes.
- Micro-injections — Using a very fine needle (or microcannula at provider discretion), the injector places small deposits of the HA + B12 blend superficially, in the intradermal layer of the external skin only — the labia majora and, where appropriate, the outer vulvar skin — never inside the vaginal canal, in a grid of closely spaced points. The provider gently massages to distribute the product evenly.
- Finish — A soothing balm or cooling is applied. Injection time is about 15–20 minutes; plan 45 minutes for the visit including numbing.
- Series — The protocol is 4 sessions total, spaced every 3–4 weeks, so the hydration, firmness and brightening build on each other. After the series, most patients maintain with a single session every 4–6 months. Your provider confirms timing at consultation.
Your Visit
What to expect
- During: with topical numbing, most patients describe the treatment as painless — at most a few light pinches at the injection points.
- Immediately after: tiny raised bumps at injection points that flatten within hours; mild redness, puffiness and possible pinpoint bruising for 24–72 hours.
- Days to weeks: hydration and comfort often improve within days; texture and tone continue to improve over 4–6 weeks as HA holds water in the tissue.
Recovery
Downtime & activity restrictions
- Daily activity: none; return to work immediately.
- Sexual activity and friction: avoid for 24–72 hours (some clinics advise up to 48 hours for exercise and intimacy; a few advise longer); your provider will confirm.
- Exercise: avoid sweat-heavy and friction-heavy workouts for 24–48 hours.
- Pools, hot tubs, baths, saunas: avoid for 48 hours.
- Tight clothing, thongs: avoid for 2–3 days.
- Hair removal in the area: wait 1 week after treatment.
Aftercare
Aftercare
- Keep the area clean and dry; shower rather than bathe for 48 hours.
- Cotton underwear and loose clothing for 2–3 days.
- A cool compress (not ice directly) for 10 minutes if puffy on day one.
- Do not massage, scrub or apply scented products, acids or retinoids for a week.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and NSAIDs for 48 hours unless advised.
- Call us for worsening pain, spreading redness, fever, a firm lump, or any skin color change beyond mild bruising.
- Book your next session in the series about 4 weeks out.
Results
Results timeline & longevity
- Hydration and comfort often improve within days of the first session; many patients report softer, plumper labial skin by the second visit.
- Firmness, texture and tone — including brightening of darker areas — build gradually across the four sessions, with the fullest result about 4–6 weeks after the last one.
- Because the product is a lightly cross-linked HA booster rather than a structural filler, results are subtle and natural and typically last about 4–6 months after a completed series; a maintenance session every 4–6 months is commonly recommended.
- The "pink" tone effect is the least studied element; it is reported by clinics and manufacturers and attributed to improved hydration and microcirculation.
- Individual results vary.
Safety
Risks & safety
- Common and short-lived: pinpoint bruising, redness, tenderness, small bumps at injection points, temporary puffiness.
- Less common: prolonged swelling, small nodules, itching or contact irritation, infection.
- Temporary lightening that is uneven or patchy while the series is in progress; this evens out as sessions are completed, and your provider adjusts placement.
- Rare: allergic reaction (cobalamin allergy is rare but documented), delayed inflammatory reaction to HA, vascular compromise (very rare with superficial micro-injections and proper technique).
- Off-label disclosure: HA skin boosters and injectable B12 are not FDA-approved for labial use; this is an aesthetic, off-label treatment.
- It does not treat vaginal atrophy, dryness inside the vaginal canal, painful intercourse or any medical condition; those warrant gynecologic evaluation. If you have vaginal dryness, your provider may discuss vaginal laser or a referral.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Pricing: Pricing confirmed at consultation
It hydrates, firms and brightens the skin of the labia majora from within. Low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid holds water in the tissue, vitamin B12 supports firmness and a healthier tone, and tranexamic acid, glutathione, arbutin and brightening peptides help even out hyperpigmentation. It also restores a little of the volume lost with age or weight change.
No. Liquid Labiaplasty uses a thicker HA filler to restore structural volume. The Pink B-12 Booster uses a thinner HA to hydrate, firm and brighten, and restores only light volume. Some patients benefit from both, in sequence.
Topical numbing is applied first, and because the injections are superficial and very fine, most patients describe the treatment as painless — at most a few light pinches. There is no downtime: you walk out and go on with your day as if nothing happened — work, errands, dinner plans. The only things to pause are intercourse, friction-heavy workouts, pools and hot tubs for 24–72 hours.
Yes, for the external skin. It addresses the cosmetic skin changes that often come with the genitourinary syndrome of menopause or with postpartum recovery — dryness, thinning, loss of tone, dullness and darkening of the outer labia. It is not a treatment for the medical side of those changes: for internal dryness, painful intercourse or urinary symptoms, your provider will discuss vaginal laser or a gynecology referral.
No. The Pink B-12 Booster is formulated for superficial, intradermal micro-injections in the delicate external skin — the labia majora and outer vulvar skin. Nothing is injected inside the vaginal canal.
The treatment is designed to support a healthier, rosier tone through hydration and circulation, and many patients report a fresher look. We cannot promise a specific color change, and this effect has not been studied in controlled trials.
The blend includes brightening actives designed to reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and even the tone over the four sessions. The degree of change varies from person to person, and we do not promise a specific shade. For deeper pigment, your provider may suggest pairing it with Intimate Lightening on separate dates.
The protocol is 4 sessions, one every 3–4 weeks. After that, a single maintenance session every 4–6 months keeps the result.
Plan for 24–72 hours after each session; your provider will confirm.
Results are subtle and typically last about 4–6 months after the completed four-session series, which is why maintenance is suggested.
No. HA skin boosters and injectable B12 are used off-label in the labia. We explain this at consultation and in your consent form.
Yes, on separate dates. A common sequence is laser or lightening first, then the booster to support surface skin quality.
