For uneven tone, sun spots and redness
Light-based IPL targets pigment and redness, while the 1927 nm wavelength of SpectraionX works on surface pigment and clarity. Both are usually done as a short series, and both depend on consistent sun protection afterwards.
Texture
For rough texture, pores and scarring
Microneedling and the 1550 nm SpectraionX wavelength create controlled micro-injury that prompts the skin to remodel. PRP can be added to microneedling for patients who want to use their own platelets as part of the treatment.
Laxity
For early laxity and firmness
Radiofrequency heats deeper layers to support firmer-looking skin. Morpheus8 combines it with microneedling; Quantum RF delivers it beneath the skin for more noticeable laxity. Thread lifts are another option when lift, rather than skin quality, is the goal.

There is no single best one; the right choice depends on what is bothering you. Uneven tone and sun spots respond to light and surface-laser treatments, rough texture and scarring to microneedling-based options, and early laxity to radiofrequency, so your provider matches the treatment to the concern at consultation.
It varies by person, by treatment and by what was treated. Collagen-building treatments develop over weeks and are usually maintained with periodic touch-ups, while pigment can return with sun exposure, so daily SPF and a maintenance plan matter as much as the treatment itself.
Most patients describe warmth, snapping or prickling rather than pain. Numbing cream is used where appropriate, and your provider adjusts settings to your comfort during the session.
IPL Photofacial is confirmed at consultation, microneedling is confirmed at consultation, and Morpheus8 and Quantum RF for the face and neck confirmed at consultation. Other treatments are priced at consultation, and your deposit is applied to the cost of your visit.
